Well, it’s been a very long time coming, but finally I’ve managed to put pen to paper and the 6 Core Pillars of The Networking Formula are now set in stone. And because I’m so excited about it, I thought I would share it here first for you guys. So although this post will be quick, I thought I would quickly whet your appetite and release to you what the 6 Core Pillars are. Something to think about in your own MLM/Network Marketing business. And I actually think it will apply to most businesses. So here goes.
Pillar Number 1: Mindset Mastery. This covers your mindset, personal development and the Law of Attraction. If this isn’t right as a foundation, then nothing else will be.
Pillar Number 2: Personal Branding. This covers how to market and brand your most unique product and asset – YOU.
Pillar Number 3: Sales and Communication Model. This I am really excited about as I’m in the process of negotiating a Joint Venture Partnership with someone who is an expert in this and has a sensational system tailor made to MLM/Network Marketers. Stay tuned!!
Pillar Number 4: Lead Generation and Marketing Strategy – I think this is fairly self-explanatory.
Pillar Number 5: Systems and Duplication – If these don’t exist in your business, you are going to find it tough going.
Pillar Number 6: Leadership Development Training – Once you have a team, you need a system for encouraging growth not only in your group, but in theirs too. One of the biggest mistakes I ever made (and many other Networkers make too) is that they go into “management mode” once their frontline becomes quite large. What invariably happens when you do this is you take your eyes off the prize – your own recruiting efforts. Your job is to keep bringing in new people weekly. When you stop doing that, momentum slows and eventually, you will lose your business. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Learn how to develop your leadership using leverage and duplication. Work on your business, not in it.
So hopefully you can see that if any of these 6 pillars are missing in your business, you won’t find the success and growth you hoped for when you signed that application form.
